1. Who We Are
Deuce Scorecard (“the App”) is developed and operated by SoloShipped. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@soloshipped.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Account Data
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password, used solely to authenticate you and associate your match history with your account.
Match Data
We store the tennis matches you record in the app, including scores, sets, tiebreak points, court surface, match duration, and opponent names you enter. This data exists to provide you with your match history and statistics.
Profile Data
We store a display name and in-app progression data (XP, synced match count) tied to your account.
Device Token
If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device's APNs token to deliver notifications (e.g. replies to support feedback). You can revoke this at any time by disabling notifications in iOS Settings.
Subscription Status
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. Your purchase history and subscription tier (“Deuce Pro”) are processed by RevenueCat under their privacy policy.
3. What Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your location.
- We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not collect health data through HealthKit.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to:
- Authenticate your account and sync your match history across devices
- Deliver push notifications you have opted into
- Manage your subscription status
- Improve the app based on aggregate, non-identifiable usage

No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
6. Apple Watch
The App includes an Apple Watch companion. Match state is synced between your iPhone and Watch locally over WatchConnectivity. No additional data is collected or transmitted externally by the Watch app.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Your match data is stored as long as your account is active. You can delete individual matches, all synced data, or your entire account directly within the App.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
